We are a handful of people, so hiring is occasional and specific. When we do, we hire practitioners: architects who deploy, designers who prototype, consultants who can read a stack trace. If the last five years of your work is a slide library, this will not suit you.

There is no pyramid to sit in. Whoever joins is in the engagement, in the code and in the room where the decision gets made.
The platform is part of the job
Client work and our own platform feed each other. Time on Marbl3 itself is not a side project here.
Small means honest
No utilisation target is going to push you onto work you cannot respect. It also means fewer people to hide behind.
We write things down
Decision records, runbooks, evaluation suites. If you find that tedious rather than satisfying, this will grate.
