Privacy

This page describes what Marbl3 does with information submitted through marbl3.com. It is written to be read, not to be survived. It is not legal advice, and you should have counsel review it against your own obligations before publishing.

What we collect

  • Enquiries. Name, email, organisation, phone and the message you write in the contact form, plus the IP address and browser string of the request.
  • Editor accounts. For staff who publish content: name, email, a hashed password, and session records including IP and browser string.
  • Sign-in attempts. The admin panel records the IP address an attempt came from, a count of recent failures, and any address currently blocked for repeated failures. Blocks expire after an hour. No password, correct or otherwise, is stored.
  • Operational logs. Cloudflare records request metadata for security and reliability purposes.

What we do not do

  • No advertising or analytics trackers are loaded on this site.
  • We do not sell, rent or share enquiry data with third parties.
  • We do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.

Where it is stored

Enquiries and published content are held in Cloudflare D1. Access is limited to staff with an editor account, and sessions are short-lived.

Retention

Enquiries are retained while the opportunity is live and for a reasonable period after, then deleted. Expired sessions are purged automatically. Sign-in attempt records are cleared on a successful sign-in and swept after 24 hours; blocks expire after an hour.
